Guess what, Mortgage interest rates are down to record low levels, again. Just 7 more weeks until the new year, lets see if they can hold up. The cost of paying the monthly housing expense is sooooo inexpensive right now. Great time to buy if you’re looking for a new home in Utah, or if you like where you’re at, and have a higher interest rate, it’s a great time to refinance to a rate that’s around normal inflation….
Average interest on 15-year loans dipping to 3.57 percent from 3.63 percent a week earlier, and the average interest for 30-year loans sliding to 4.17 percent from 4.24 percent. That is the lowest since 1971.
